Visiting the Consulate
The Consulate operates on working days and is closed on weekends and public holidays. Many services require a pre-booked appointment; check the relevant service page before attending.
Collection
The published e-Passport collection window is 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on working days. Hours for other services may differ, so confirm the current schedule on the official page.
Before visiting
Bring all required original documents, copies, appointment confirmation and payment evidence. Check current notices and public-holiday arrangements before travelling.
