Collection in person
Collect documents on the date shown on the Delivery Slip between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm on working days. For e-Passports, wait for the Consulate's collection notification because the tentative date is indicative only.
Authorised collection
A representative must present a signed authorization letter from the applicant, the representative's valid photo identification, and the original Delivery Slip.
Return by post
Provide a self-addressed prepaid express return envelope with signature on delivery when submitting the application, or arrange a prepaid courier. Retain the tracking number and use a trackable service.
Responsibility
The Consulate is not responsible for documents lost or delayed by postal or courier services.
